A. Reinfeldt to welcome and introductions
1. Welcome and Participant Introductions:
i. Program Updates: Lauren retired at the end of March and new nurse, Jackie, started. Current caseload at 85 families with 20 new referrals last quarter. There are 11 pending referrals: 2 partnered with their nurse, 4 waiting, 5 without a response. Referrals continue to come in at the same rate as preCOVIO. NFP nurses are working 30-40% of their time in COVIO right now. Using Doxy Me as a free, secure video chat if client prefers that over a phone call. No need for client to download anything, just click the link. Completed 7 graduations this quarter and 3 left for other reasons. Total served this grant period (Oct 1-Sept 30) is 118 with goal of 90. Upcoming graduations in next 90 days is 9-most are in August and are on Betsy's. Reviewed discharge data for last 6 months.
iit Review telehealth guidance and what visits/program looks like curing COVID-19 pandemic: Nurses are making self-care a priority during these stressful times. Discussed importance of all partners doing so and encouraging clients to as well.
iii: Offer support to local partners on call for COVID-19: Discussion about how local partners and SCHD can work together during this stressful time. Have noticed concern for clients finding/keeping housing.
Communications: Partnership for Prevention Newsletter
