Credit and debit card payments are now accepted by phone through the Wisconsin Courts site OR PayGov services.  The toll-free number is 866 480-8552.  Have your case number when calling.  A convenience fee is assessed.

Past Due Balances at Collections

If your fine has been turned over to a collection agency, you must pay the agency directly.

Search fee-$5.00 per case
​Copies of court documents- $1.25 per page
Fax fee- $1.25 per page

Record or search requests can be directed to Clerk of Courts directly by submitting your request in writing to Clerk of Courts, 510 Broadway, Baraboo WI  53913.  A $5 Search fee can be paid to Clerk of Courts or can be processed via the online payment system.  In your request, please provide as much information as possible in order to complete the search as well as your return address and self addressed stamped envelope.  A $2 mail fee can be added when submitting your payment of $5 in lieu of providing the self addressed stamped envelope.
