Justice, Diversion, and Support

Sauk County Justice, Diverison, and Support Mission Statement:

Sauk County Justice, Diversion, and Support is dedicated to building safer communities through innovative, evidence-based approaches to criminal justice. We respond to crime with balanced accountability measures while providing pathways for positive change. Our diversion programs and comprehensive support services address root causes of criminal behavior, reducing recidivism and creating opportunities for rehabilitation. By focusing on both immediate public safety needs and long-term community wellness, we foster environments where all residents can thrive and lead healthy, productive lives.
