THE RECOVERY SUPPORT NETWORK PROGRAM - CAN HELP PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH HEROIN, COCAINE, METH, ALCOHOL, PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS AND OTHER DRUGS. GET SOLUTIONS FOR HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, EMPLOYMENT, AND TREATMENT.

Benefits Include:

  • A team of non-judgemental people wanting to help
  • A case manager can assist in referring for treatment programming
  • Develop a step-by-step case plan to reach a healthier lifestyle and recovery goals
  • Provide support in establishing and maintaining the healthier lifestyle participants seek to obtain
  • Identify and work towards reducing/eliminating barriers to recovery
  • If the case has been identified for diversion by law enforcement or the district attorney's office, successful completion of the program may lead to the charges being dismissed

  • Immediate Needs & Stabilizing Supports
    • Emergency health services (Naloxone, first aid, wound care, detoxification, mental health screening, and referrals)
    • Identification & transit services (Securing ID card, cell phone, transit vouchers)
    • Low-barrier housing (Emergency shelter, short-term housing)
    • Food needs (Food share, food bank referral)
    • Safety Needs (Safety planning, safe housing, emergency contacts, support & referrals to services for sex trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault)
  • Health Services
    • Harm reduction (testing and counseling for HIV, Hepatitis C, and sexually transmitted infections (STI), drop-in centers, recovery planning, peer support services, contraception)
    • Health coverage & enrollment (Enrollment in Medicaid or private insurance, health system navigation, interpretation services)
    • Mental health screening, counseling (individual, group, family), medication support groups)
    • Substance use disorders services (Screening & early intervention, inpatient, residential, or outpatient treatment including medication-assisted treatment
    • Recovery Supports (Peer and family groups, recovery coach, recovery centers, supportive housing, and recovery housing)
  • Social and Economic Support
    • Long-term housing
    • Food (Nutrition education, school lunch applications, Supplemental Nutritional Assistance, Women, Infants, and Children Nutritional Program or WIC)
