Sometimes food you eat, water you drink, or water from pools, lakes, or rivers can have germs that make you sick. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has a tool that lets you report if you think food or water has made you sick. Reporting your illness can help keep others from getting sick too. Report an illness caused by Food or Water on the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) website.
