Need a voucher for an urgent medical or dental need? 

Intake for medical and dental vouchers can be done in person or via phone (608-355-3290) on Mondays through Fridays from 8 am - 12 noon. If you are feeling sick, please call.

WIC Updates: 

  • WIC staff and services are available by phone, 608-355-4320, Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 3:30 pm.  
  • During COVID-19, all scheduled WIC appointments will be completed by phone, instead of coming into clinic.

Las cunas gratuitas están disponibles en Salud Pública del Condado de Sauk para aquellos que son elegibles. Antes de recibir su cuna, una enfermera de salud pública le mostrará cómo usar la cuna y puede responder a cualquier pregunta que pueda tener sobre cómo acostar a su bebé de forma segura.
