• Vaccines are free and available for children birth to 18 years without health insurance or vaccine coverage.
• Please bring your child’s past immunization record with you
• A parent or guardian’s written consent is required on all children under 18 years

Vaccine for Children (VFC)

Available for all children under the age of 19 years and free of charge

1.  DTaP - Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis
2.  Hepatitis B
3.  Hepatitis A
4.  Polio
5.  HIB- Haemophilus influenzae  type b
6.  Pneumococcal- Pneumonia
7.  Rotavirus
8.  MMR Measles, Mumps, and Rubella
9.  Varicella-Chickenpox
10.  HPV- Human Papillomavirus for adolescents
11.  Tdap-Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis for adolescents
12.  Meningococcal-Meningitis for adolescents
13.  Influenza- Flu vaccine for children older than 6months

Adult Vaccines

Available to anyone over the age of 18.  A fee for each vaccine may be charged.
