Health Department Vehicle Bid

The Sauk County Health Department is accepting bids for one (1) 2016 or newer Vehicle to be used as transportation for the Mobile Dentistry Program.  It must be able to haul a 50 lb dental compressor (air , water and suction), 3 chairs (Patient, Hygeinist and Assistant), dental lamp and case, Four (4) large totes for supplies, computer bag, mobile file cabinet, mayo stand and collapsable cart.

The minimum specifications for this vehicle are listed below.

Tires: All Season, Standard for GVWR, with factory tire inflator system

The bids shall be returned no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. You may send them to the Sauk County Health Department, Attention: Amy Elizabeth Merwin,  505 Broadway Suite 372, Baraboo WI 53913. Please mark on the outside envelope “Health Department Vehicle Bid.”

The bids will be opened on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Health Department Conference Room, room 306, at the Sauk County West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Baraboo WI.

Sauk County Health Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
