Health Department Vehicle Bid

The Sauk County Health Department is accepting bids for two (2) 2018 or 2019 Vehicles to be used as a way to decrease mileage costs for the Foot Clinic and Environmental Health Department.  The minimum specifications for these vehicles are listed below.

 

ABS Brakes (4 wheel Anti-Lock)                                                     Air Conditioning                         

Carpet Flooring including color coded floor mats                      Cloth Seating

Cruise Control                                                                                   Intermittent Wipers

One Electric Power Port 12 Volt – Minimum                                Power Locks & Windows

Radio: AM/ FM Stereo with clock                                                   Rear Window Defrost

Steering: Power                                                                                Power Liftgate

All wheel drive                                                                                  Heavy Duty All weather floor mats

Vehicle Keys (4)                                                                                 Municipal License Plate and Registration

Tires: All Season, Standard for GVWR, with factory tire inflator system

Transmission: Automatic with overdrive where available

Mirrors: outside – left and right, power mirror driver side adjustable

Excellent Fuel Mileage

Possible Electric vehicle with up to 250 miles per day capability

 

We will be trading in two (2) used vehicles;  these can be viewed on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 9:00am at the Sauk County West Square Building.  These trade-ins are currently in service and mileage is as of 04/02/18.

    The bids shall be returned no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018. You may send them to the Sauk County Health Department, Attention: Amy Elizabeth Merwin,  505 Broadway Suite 372, Baraboo WI 53913. Please mark on the outside envelope “Health Dept Vehicle Bid.”

     

    The bids will be opened on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Health Department Conference Room, room 306, at the Sauk County West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Baraboo WI.

     

    Sauk County Health Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
