TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on January 30, 2014 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a) to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of a navigable water and a variance pursuant to s. 8.06(2)(d)3 to authorize the construction of a boathouse on slopes of more than 20 percent. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection District, on real estate described as: E12653 Weigand’s Bay South, lots 12 to 14 Weigand’s Point and lot 11, 1st Add. To Weigand’s Point, part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-0883 & 0836, owned by Travis Lukens.
