PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on June 26, 2014 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of multiple variances pursuant to s.7.094(1)(a), 7.094(1)(b), 7.094(1)(c), 7.098(3), 8.05(1)(b), 8,05(3)(c), 8.06(1)(c)2 and 8.06(2) to authorize two substandard lots as buildable parcels, with reduced minimum setback requirements. This property is located in the Single Family and Shoreland Protection zoning districts, on real estate described as: outlots 12 and 13 of the unrecorded Carl Lehman plat, NE ¼, SE ¼, and the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 24, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter, tax parcels 034-0357, 0358 and 0386, owned by Robert & Mercedes Priebe.
