PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on July 31, 2014 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit to reinstate a revoked permit pursuant to s. 8.08(3)(a) to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of a navigable water during the construction and landscaping of a new residence. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection District, on real estate described as: lots 1 and 2 CSM 4882, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 25, T10N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, tax parcels 028-0964-0 & 0964-1, owned by Matt Elsing.
