Do we have the ability to have a feature where a viewer could ask a question that is routed to an email for it to be answered by staff?

You can already do this in one of two ways:

1. Add the Contact Information feature which is a little more indirect by listing contact info that is available in the web directory.
2. We could create a webform that is put together like a contact us form to direct emails to however many people. You would need rights to this feature as well. Let me know if you would like to give that a try.
