  5. Review phone conference with Eau Claire County Criminal Justice Manager.
  6. Presentation on CORE (Comprehensive, Outcome, Research and Evaluation): Ashley Litscher, Management Analyst
  7. Discussion of current data collection:
  • What data do we currently collect?
  • What data should we be collecting?
  • Why do we want to collect it?
  • What are the resulting metrics?
  • Hawaiian Proxy Data Elements - District Attorney Office

Chair Krueger called the meeting to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 8:36 a.m.

 

Motion by Allen, second by Rammarace to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

 

Motion by Neumann, second by Allen, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion carried.

Public Comment: None

 

Communications: None

 

 

Review of Phone conference with Tiana Glenna: Eau Claire County Criminal Justice Manager:

Discussion on top take-away from phone conference with Eau Claire County. Committee found the importance of knowing what type of Data is to be collected and having a clear end goal as important takeaways.  Also having one person who over sees the data collection process to help eliminate duplication of work between departments.

 

CORE Presentation

Ashley Litscher presented on new CORE system created by the Department of Justice to help assist counties in the TAD grant reporting.  More information to come once DOJ gives Sauk County their roll out date.
