Members absent:       Michelle Yates-Wickus, David Susens, Summer Karll, Mike Albrecht, Kreigl, Dan Brattset

           

  1. Meeting called to order by Committee Chair Ramnarace and certification of Open Meetings Law compliance given at 3:39 p.m.

     

  2. Motion by Klicko, second by Yaskal to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

     

  1. Motion by Klicko, second by Mattson to adopt minutes from 03-27-19 meeting. Motion carried.

  2. Public Comment: None

     

  3. Communications: None

     

  4. Update about CJCC bylaws change regarding Juvenile Justice Systems

    Regina Baldwin reports the CJCC received audit by consultant Tom Weber.  Recommendations include reducing the number of committees, and additional workload they have been adding to member’s workdays.  There will be three standing subcommittees:  Adult Justice, Juvenile Justice Systems, and Victim Services. There was a discussion regarding purpose and authority of the subcommittee. Subcommittee members also expressed the need for regular attendance of necessary members in order for committee to achieve goals.

  1. Ramnarace made motion to table discussion on drop-in project, and assigning further projects until subcommittee defines goals for subcommittee.  Seconded by DeSanto. Motion Carried.
