NOTICE

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on December 29, 2020, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider: 

I.    A.    Petition 30-2020. A petition from Brian Mittelstaedt to consider a rezone/map amendment out of the Shoreland-Wetland district, pursuant to s. 8.007, on land owned by Brian Mittelstaedt.  Said proposed rezone/map amendment is located in the Town of Franklin, Sauk County. 

            Lands affected by the proposed map amendment are located in the NW¼, of the NW¼, Section 1, T10N, R3E, Town of Franklin, and as further described in Petition 30-2020. Tax parcel identification number 014-0475-20000.

2. Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.

II.   A.    The purpose of the rezone/map amendment is to remove approximately 0.07 acres from the Wisconsin Wetland Inventory/Shoreland-Wetland zoning district, and allow fill for a residential driveway.
