NOTICE

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on December 29, 2020, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider: 

I.    A.    Petition 29-2020. A petition from Samuel Borntrager to consider an expansion to a structure where an existing conditional use permit has been approved, pursuant to s. 7.151(12) on land owned by Samuel Borntrager.  Said existing conditional use is located in the Town of Bear Creek, Sauk County. 

            Lands affected by the proposed conditional use are located in the SE¼, of the NW¼, Section 4, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek,.and as further described in Petition 29-2020. Tax parcel identification number 004-0440-00000.

2. Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.

II.   A.    The purpose of the proposed expansion to a conditional use is to allow for an addition to an existing building.

      B.    Any person desiring more information or to request a map of the proposed conditional use may contact the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Office, Gina Templin-Steward at the Sauk County West Square Building (Telephone (608) 355-4835).
