NOTICE

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on August 23, 2022, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider: 

I.    A.   Petition #22-2022 Conditional Use.  Petition 22-2022. Petition 22-2022. A petition to consider a conditional use permit request pursuant to Section 7.035(2) for a proposed Animal Rescue.

Lands affected by the proposed conditional use request are located in part of the NW ¼, NE ¼ Section 7, T11N, R7E, Town of Greenfield, Sauk County, and as further described in Petition 22-2022. Tax parcel identification number 018-0193-00000. 
 

      B.   Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.

II.   A.    The purpose of the proposed conditional use is to permit is to establish an animal rescue.
