“This meeting is open to the public. However, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the public can access the meeting by Zoom or by phone using the links and numbers bellow. Curry called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Polivka/Dorner) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Bushweiler/Polivka) to approve the meeting minutes from January 12th, 2022.Motion carried unanimously.

Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:
- VSO departmental updates and service trends
- Tyczynski discussed the outreach by VSO; He informed the board that Sauk County VSO is doing every Thursday (8am-10am) Veterans Coffee in LaValle. The event is well attended – between 6-10 participants. During the previous month Tyczynski attended the American Legion Mid-Winter Conference at Ho- Chunk, CVSO Association meeting in lacrosse. Discussion followed. No action taken.
- Tyczynski discussed the current Veterans case trends –Tyczynski informed the board that he still has challenges with VA service-connected exams being scheduled for Mental health. Discussion followed. No action taken.
- Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statements for his department. Discussion followed. No action taken
c) Consider approval of the Monthly Invoices – Discussion followed.
MOTION (Dorner/Bushweiler) to approve the January 2022 bills in the amount of $1, 019.01. Motion carried unanimously.
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center
- Blodgett presented to the board the ADRC monthly report. ADRC received a donation from Reedsburg Utility and purchased Christmas gifts for all HDM clients in Reedsburg. The rest of our home delivery clients also received a small gift. ADRC has a huge demand for medical transportation. Blodgett presented to the board the preliminary survey results from the Home delivery clients who received meals from our new vendor. Discussion followed. No action taken.
- Blodgett presented to the board a request to move $110,000.00 in ARPA funds from Tittle IIIB ($29,131.00), Title C1 ($ 19,291.00), Title D ($4,520.00), Tittle IIIE ($11,839.00) to Tittle III C2. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Bushweiler/Polivka) to move $110,000.00 GWAAR ARPA funds from Tittle IIIB ($29,131.00), Title C1 ($ 19,291.00), Title D ($4,520.00), Tittle IIIE ($11,839.00) to Tittle III C2. Vote all in favor.
- Blodgett informed the board that our Dementia Care social worker is working on completing the required trainings and will start seeing clients in a few weeks. Discussion followed. No action taken.
- Blodgett presented the monthly financial statements for her department. Discussion followed.

MOTION (Polivka/Riek) to approve the December 2021 bills in the amount of $ 12,779.91 and January 2022 bills in the amount of $19,058.53. Motion carried unanimously.
