To empower and support older adults, adults with disabilities and their families by providing easily accessible quality information and assistance. The Aging and Disability Resource Center will provide services, resources and opportunities to support each individual’s choices for independence and enhanced quality of life.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center will provide services, resources and opportunities to support each individual’s choices for independence and enhanced quality of life so that all older adults and adults with disabilities will live as independently and meaningfully as they desire.

Financial Matters

Are there any fees for services?

All of the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County’s programs are provided through federal, state and local funding including a grant from the Older Americans Act. Therefore, these services are provided at no cost. However, those being served are encouraged to contribute toward the cost of services in any amount they are able.

All donations are used to support or expand the services provided by the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County on Aging and all contributions are received with much appreciation.

Please note: Some transportation services may require a co-payment or minimal fee.
