Members Present: Spencer, Hovde, Braunschweig
Members Absent: Kriegl, Moore (excused)
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC
Others Present:
Secretary Spencer called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Hovde) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.
Blodgett requested 2017 funds be carried forward to 2018 to be used to cover anticipated leaves and Lake Delton gathering site. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Hovde/Braunschweig) to approve the carry forward of 2017 funds to 2018 to be used to cover anticipated leaves and Lake Delton gathering site. Motion carried unanimously.
Blodget presented a report on a possible 2018 budget overrun. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Hovde/Braunschweig) to accept the report on a possible 2018 budget overrun.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Hovde) to adjourn until Thursday, April 12, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 5:38 p.m.
