Members Present: Spencer, Braunschweig, McAuliffe, Whitsell
Members Absent: Moore (excused)
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC; Tony Tyczynski, Veterans; Quinn Hause, ADRC and Robin Kitzinger, ADRC
Others Present:
Chair Spencer called the meeting to order at 1:45 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Braunschweig/McAuliffe) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.
MOTION (Braunschweig/McAuliffe) to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on July 12, 2018. Motion carried unanimously.

Next meeting date and time: Friday, September 21 at 2:45 p.m. West Square Building, Room 213.
Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:
a) Tyczynski reviewed the department service trends and updates. Discussion followed. No action taken.
b-c) Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statements and the list of monthly invoices.
MOTION (McAuliffe/Whitsell) to approve the July 2018 bills in the amount of $1,452.00 and $797.63 (total $2,249.63). Motion carried unanimously.
d) Tyczynski stated there was no update on the Veterans 2019 budget. The budget presented to, and approved by, this committee last month will be forwarded on for administrative review.
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center:
a) Blodgett presented a resolution commending Cathy Bindl for over 11 years of service.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to approve the resolution. Motion carried unanimously and members in attendance signed the resolution.
b) No formal report was presented. Blodgett gave a verbal update on the activities of the ADRC. Discussion followed. No action taken.
c) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statement and list of monthly invoices.
MOTION (Braunschweig/McAuliffe) to approve the July 2018 bills in the amount of $23,828.32. Motion carried unanimously.
e) Blodgett presented a list of invoices for transportation and nutrition services for consideration of write-off. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Whitsell/McAuliffe) to write off the invoices in the amount of $613.48. Motion carried unanimously.
f) Blodgett presented the ADRC 2019 budget. Discussion followed.
MOTION (McAuliffe/Whitsell) to approve the budget as is and forward on for administrative review. Motion approved unanimously.
g) Blodgett updated the committee on the preliminary Aging Plan goals. There are many opportunities for volunteers to contribute to the increased services. Discussion followed.
MOTION (Whitsell/McAuliffe) to endorse the preliminary goals as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board Update:
Whitsell reported on the items discussed and voted on at the meeting on July 27, 2018. Discussion followed.
Aging & Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee: No report; next meeting, August 28, 2018.
Transportation Coordination Committee: No report; next meeting, August 28, 2018.
MOTION (Braunschweig/McAuliffe) to adjourn until Friday, September 21 at 2:45 p.m . Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 4:11 p.m.
