Members Present: Kriegl, Spencer, Hovde, Moore.
Members Absent: Braunschweig
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC
Others Present: None
1. Chair Kriegl called the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
2. MOTION (Spencer/Moore) to adopt the amended special meeting agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Blodgett presented proposed Resolution No. 22-2018 Authorizing the Opening of a Lake Delton Senior Site and Amending the Budget. Discussion followed.
MOTION: (Spencer/Hovde) to approve Resolution No. 22-2018 Authorizing to support the Opening of a Lake Delton Senior Site and Amending the Budget. Motion carried unanimously and the members in attendance signed the resolution.
4. MOTION (Hovde/Spencer) to adjourn until Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
