DRAFT MINUTES

Transportation Coordination Committee

Thursday, November 19th, 2020     10:30 A.M.

Virtual meeting

Members Present: Brattset, Brown, Carlson, Dorner, Ellington, Hause, Klepper, Rudolph, Stehling, Waddell, Wildman, Wolkowski, Woodward

Members Absent:   Haggard (excused), Leguizamon (excused),

County Personnel:  Blodgett, Zomer, Dankert, ADRC

1) Carlson called the meeting to order at 10:32 a.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.

2) Introduction of Domingo Leguizamon – will be presented on the next meeting in February, 2021.

3) Introduction of Cynthia Haggard – will be presented on the next meeting in February, 2021.

4) Introduction of Paul Woodward – Woodward introduced himself to the board.

5) MOTION (Stehling/Rudolph) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.

6) MOTION (Rudolph/Stehling) to approve the minutes of the regular meeting from August 27th, 2020. Motion carried unanimously. Vote all in favor.

7) Public Comment:  None

8) Communications:  None

9) Transportation reports:

  • Blodgett presented to the board the taxi survey results. At our last meeting in February the board asked ADRC to mail to all clients surveys asking about the taxi service. We received a lot of feedback. Blodgett presented to the board a chart showing the taxi sales in 2019 and YTD 2020. Discussion followed.

  • Transportation updates – Blodgett informed the board that ADRC is working on various grants -53.10 and 85.21. Discussion followed. No action taken

     10) Next meeting date and time: Thursday, February 18th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

 MOTION (Stehling/Dorner) to adjourn until Thursday, February 18th, 2021 at 10:00a.m.  Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 10:47 a.m.
