Transportation Coordination Committee

Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 11:00 A.M.

Schnitzelbank Restaurant, 1170 Main Str., Plain, WI 53577

 

Members Present:  Carlson, Curry, Hause, Klepper, Rudolph, Spencer, Waddell, Wolkowski, Ellington, Brown, and Schulte (replacing Running)

Members Absent:   Brattset (excused), Running, Ward, Wildman (excused)

County Personnel:  Blodgett, Zomer, Wittmann, Allen

 

1) Klepper called the meeting to order at 10:59 a.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.

 

2) Motion (Rudolph/Carlson) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.

 

3) MOTION (Brown/Waddell) to approve the minutes of the regular meeting from May 16, 2019 Motion carried unanimously. Vote all in favor.

 

4)  Public Comment:  None

 

5) Communications:  Blodgett presented Sara Bryfczynski as the new Transportation Coordinator at ADRC and Karl Schulte – Brown Cab General Manager replacing Running. Discussion followed, no action taken.

 

6) Blodgett stated that 53.10 grant application was submitted. Since the begging of the 2019 the amount of the wheelchair rides increased. We are still transporting clients from the Health Care Center. Discussion followed. No action taken.

 

7) Next meeting date and time: Wednesday, November 20th, 2019 10:30 a.m.

 

9) MOTION (Carlson/Wolkowski) to adjourn until Wednesday, November 20th, 2019 at 10:30a.m.  Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 11:10 a.m.
