If you would like to file a complaint with the Department, please fill out the attached form with the most complete information and mail in the complaint form to Sauk County Land Resources and Environment, 505 Broadway, Baraboo, WI  53913.   You may contact the Department at any time for a status update by calling (608)355-3245 or to request open records to review files please use the link below.

To file an Open Records Request with the Land Resource and Environment, please use the link below to access the Open Records Request Portal. Please note that the requestor shall allow the department 10 business days to respond to the records request.  All costs for processed open records requests may be required to be paid prior to release.
