PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on March 26, 2015 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.038(1)(i) to authorize the renewal of a special exception permit issued to operate a quarry. This property is zoned Agricultural, on real estate described as:  E3843 County Road B, part of the S ½, SE ¼, and the SE1/4, SW ¼, section 15, tax parcels 004-0232-1, 0235-1 and 0236-1 owned by Joseph Bauer etal and part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, and the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 22, T9N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcels 004-0348 and 0344, owned by Frederick Lins.
