TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on February 24, 2015 at 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room of the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of conditional use permits pursuant to s.7.027(3) and s.7.030(1)(h) to authorize the location and operation of an agricultural tourism business and museum. This property is located in the Resource Conservancy and Agricultural zoning districts, on real estate described as: part of the S ½,  SE ¼,  section 23 and part of the N ½, NE ¼, section 26, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcels 002-0729, 0730, 0770 and 0771, owned by David & Dee Leatherberry.
