PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on October 29, 2015 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a variance pursuant to s.7.098(3) to authorize the construction of a proposed ramp and deck for an existing residence within the minimum road setback. This property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural zoning district, on real estate described as: S10914 County Road C, part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 19 T9N, R5E, Town of Troy, tax parcel 036-0866, owned by Eldred & Elaine Wilhelm.
