Chapter 26 Implementation Meeting 1/28/2026

Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Department (LRE) will hold a stakeholder meeting from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 28th at the Sauk County West Square Building, 505 Broadway Street Baraboo, in Room B24. The meeting will provide stakeholders with an update on the implementation of the Sauk County Chapter 26 Agricultural Performance Standards and Manure Management Prohibitions Ordinance. The meeting will provide background on the ordinance and how it has been implemented in recent years. One specific topic to be discussed is how the Geographic Information System (GIS) Watershed prioritization parcel approach will be used to implement the ordinance beginning in 2026.
