Construction plans and specs may be obtained from the Sauk County website https://www.co.sauk.wi.us/rfps (see supporting documents below) or at the Sauk County Conservation, Planning and Zoning Department, 505 Broadway, Baraboo (West Square Building). We are open 8:00-4:30, Monday-Friday.  Please call ahead if you’ll be picking up a copy of the plans.

BIDS ARE DUE IN THE CPZ OFFICE NO LATER THAN

10:00 AM, Friday, July 22, 2016.

They will be available for public inspection after 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 22, 2016.

Project Completion Date:  September 30, 2016 

If the project cannot be completed by the date selected, the landowner may choose another valid bid.  The originally selected bid will no longer be considered valid. 

The Bid Policy must be followed -- INCOMPLETE OR MISCALCULATED BIDS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.  If you do not have a copy of the Bid Policy, please contact CPZ or visit the web site:
