Sauk County Public Health is applying for a Drug-Free Communities grant from the CDC. Pending approval of funding award, we would like to partner with Catalyst Evaluation Group to provide evaluation services for this grant. Catalyst will help Public Health write the evaluation portion of the grant application, due 5/17/21, but only if we have an MOU in place for them to serve as our evaluator pending funding.
