Upper Sugar River Watershed Association (USRWA) is the designated agent for Lake Monitoring and Protection Network funds allocated to Sauk County. A cooperative agreement needs to be in place in order for USRWA to receive the funds. This is a renewal agreement as the current one will expire on 12/31/2024.
