  1. Call to order – 3:30PM

  2. Certify compliance with open meeting laws – Spoentgen

  3. Agenda Approval: Motion to amend by Werner – 2nd by Greenwood – scheduling next meeting moved to after public comment. Motion to approve as amended carries by unanimous vote.

  4. Minutes from 12/20/2019 Approval - motion by Greenwood, 2nd by Shimon – carries by unanimous vote

  5. Public Comment - none

  6. Next meeting date/time – 4/8/2020 @ 3:30P – room TBD – Spoentgen to get room reservation

  7. Intro/ Agency Updates

    1. DHS – Met new Corp Counsel.

    2. DA’s Office – met with new SUDS coordinator; working to set up standard rubric for diversion referrals. On-going process.

    Rego – with the Board – potential for a good deal of change. 15 contested races.

  9. Spoentgen – mentioned the possibility of redirecting our data analysis desires at CCAP rather than the jail/LE/DA data.

  • Working Group Updates

    1. CMRT – Met w/ Safe Harbor and the State coalition of CACs

      1. Possibility of partnerships and having a Safe Harbor satellite here.

      2. Discussed problems with not doing a satellite, but then also problems doing it as a satellite (cost, SH control v. local control).

      3. Potential for possibility of other avenues.

      4. Suggestion of additional discussion of the issue at the CMRT meeting.

    Haven’t met since December. At that time, looking at pursuing APRAIS, but hold-ups with Gina being gone, lack of training, lack money.
