Members present:  Rick Spoentgen, Ryan Werner, Hazel Coppernoll (for Jenna Greenwood), Pat Rego; Elizabeth LaBroscian; Tammy Hill; Ryan LaBroscian; Amanda Hanson (for Regina Baldwin)

  1. The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 12:11P. Motion by Rego, second by R. LaBroscian approve agenda. Motion carried – unanimous approval.

  2. Previous Minutes Reviewed – Werner moves to adopt; Rego seconds; adopted by unanimous vote

  3. Public Comment: None

  4. Agency update:

    1. Hope House – members attending the Serving Victims of Crime Conference

      1. Hand-out re: Russian Interpretation/services

  5. Continuing to work on action plans

    1. Review e-mail from Werner and preliminary mission statements from last meeting.

      1. Discussion of possibly tailoring the statistics in the statement provided by Werner to being specific to Sauk County.

      2. Discussion of data tracking through CPS whether the child-related contact was “drug involved” to be able to tracked. Per Coppernoll – also already collecting “drug” and “domestic violence” information as well. This is a question in the “Access” reports.

        1. Someone is already tabulating this information in CPS. In order to chance the software, there would need to be coordination with the State.

        2. Idea proposed for spread-sheet – discussion of what data points to collect.

    2. Revisited discussion of the Mission and Vison statements

      1. Motion by R. LaBroscian, 2nd by Coppernoll to adopt vic Services mission – carried by unanimous vote

      2. Motion by Werner; 2nd by Spoentgen to adopt vic services vision – carried by unanimous vote.

         

        Next Meeting: 9/25 @ 2:30P – room 213
