On-going case at Sauk Prairie School District
Discussion of best practices for Hope House and CPS notification as well as utilization of Safe Harbor
Mention the difficulties of discussing on-going issues, but only being able to talk about closed cases.
Victim Survey Update – postponed until next meeting.
Case Review – Closed session per Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(d) – discussion of items related to crime prevention/detection – Case review of closed case – State v. Troy Allen.
Motion by Spoentgen; second by Hoffman – closed by unanimous vote (11:31A)
Return to open session – Motion by Greenwood, second by McClure – carries by unanimous vote (12:08P)
