The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 3:34 p.m. Motion by Dolch, second by Reynolds to adopt agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Dolch second by Reynolds, to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Motion carried.

Proxy, Matrix, and Process: Discussion regarding officers needing to process additional paperwork at the scene. Possibility to expedite entire process.
Offender Assessment Tools: Discuss decisions regarding bail monitoring and the need to have Behavioral Health personnel attend meetings
