CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL

Members Present: Peter Vedro, Patricia Rego, Tom Kriegl, Judge Screnock,  Kevin Calkins, Chief Strunz, Cathy Warwick, Dan Brattset, Noelle Sapiro, Elizabeth La Broscian, Ryan Ramnarace

 

Members Absent: Leonie Dolch, Captain Lange, Brian Basham, Annette Kuhlmann, Jay Englund

 

 

Others Present: Regina Baldwin, Alene Bolin

             

Call Meeting to Order:

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 4:33 p.m.

 

Adopt Agenda:

Motion by Brattset, second Ramnarace to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

 

Minutes:

Motion to approve minutes with modification by Brattset, second by Warwick to adopt minutes. Motion carried.

 

Public Comment:

None.

 

Communications:

None.

 

Discussion of mid-term assessment

OAR Program was successful

Hawaiian Proxy – starting to make progress and connect the dots for Law Enforcement Officers. Continue to compile and aggregate data to pull reports from the new database.

Stepping Up Initiative – making progress, good discussion with Behavioral Health Specialists.

System Mapping Completed – good source of information and can lead to identifying data.

Tom Weber Training – September 1, 2019 offense diversion (not criminal) implemented.

Need re-entry and assessment person.
