Call Meeting to Order
The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 10:00 a.m. Motion by Poarch, second by Pichler to adopt agenda with the correction of bullet point 6.h. Discuss leftover fund distribution. Motion carried.
Motion by Seidl, second by Bishop to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried.

Communications: Introductions of attendees
Departmental Updates and Reports:
Spoentgen – EVAWI training was good. CCR group was not approved/selected for training opportunity
Sorenson & Bishop – Raised $330 for Denim Day
Coppernol – Past CPS supervisor meeting went well and are looking to adopt a protocol for when a case of human trafficking is reported
Poarch – Provided status update that Sauk Prairie is taking cases from Dane County
Discussion of potential working group to mend SANE issue: Coppernol, Spoentgen, Posewitz, Pichler, Poarch, Hoppe
Hooper- recruitment update; case manager positions have been filled, program manager position is in the interview process.
Discussions:
6a. Proposed recruiting a survivor on the team? Discussion if this would be a perpetual trigger. Is there someone that is already doing this? Are we meeting the needs of victims? Discussion on doing a survey with victims answering questions regarding process.
6b. Motion by Moffit, second by Hoffman to adopt Coordinated Community Response (CCR) model. Motion carried.
6.c. Motion by Spoentgen, second by Hoffman to appoint Stacy McClure for Co-Chair of CCR. Motion carried.
Motion by Moffit, second by Spoentgen to appoint Abby Hoppe for Communications Coordinator of CCR. Motion carried.
6 d. Motion by Spoentgen, second by Moffit to appoint Rick Spoentgen for Chair of SART. Motion carried.
Motion by Hoppe, second by Coppernol to appoint Abby Hoppe for Communications Coordinator of SART. Motion carried.
Motion by Bishop, second by Spoentgen to appoint _______ for Co-Chair of SART. Motion carried.
6e Motion by Bishop, second by Moffit to appoint Bill Bishop for Chair of I TEAM. Motion carried.
Motion by Sorenson, second by Spoentgen to appoint Mary Sorenson for Communications Coordinator of I TEAM. Motion carried.
6f Discussion on Handout listing committee members.
6g CCR: 8 members, quorum of 5; SART 6 members, quorum of 4 and there must be at least one representative from at least 3 of the 4 disciplines:

Motion by Poarch, second by Coppernol to adopt Quorum requirements. Motion carried.
6h Discussion regarding left over fund dispersal of $203.85.
Motion by Coppernol, second by Poarch to donate funds to Hope House on behalf of Human Services. Motion Carried
