Members present:     Lt. Lewis Lange, Deb O’Rourke, Kevin Calkins, Kathy Laatsch, and Jerry Strunz

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 2:40 P.M. Motion by O’Rourke, second by Strunz to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

Public Comment: None

Communications: None

Updates:  O’Rourke reports numbers of representation provided to Sauk residents by the Public Defender’s office over the last three years.  This leads into discussion on poverty as a disparity in Sauk County.  Lange reports that cases by severity could be compiled; however, it would take assistance.

Task Assignment:  Each question within the grant is discussed and discussion points taken by J. Krueger.  These discussion points will be compiled and written into grant form.  Each section of the grant will be sent for member review.
