COMMITTEE:  UW - Baraboo/Sauk County Campus Commission

REASON FOR MEETING:  REGULAR

ORDER OF BUSINESS:

1. Call to order and certification of compliance with open meeting law.

2. Approval of agenda.      

3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

4. Public comment.

5. Communications.

6. It is anticipated that the Committee may enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (Topic: Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Ownership and Redevelopment of the Former UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County Campus Property).

​​​​​​​a. The Campus Commission will convene in open session but may move to closed session

    under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) and then reconvene into open session prior to adjournment

    of this meeting. This notice is intended to inform the public that this meeting will convene

    in open session, may move to closed session, and then may reconvene in open session. Wis.

    Stat. § 19.85(2).

7. A roll call vote will be taken to go into closed session and return to Open session.

8. Reconvene to open session and may take action, if necessary.  If no action is taken, an announcement shall be made by the Chair.

9. Discussion on the long-term vision, operational needs, maintenance, and redevelopment planning for the campus facility in 2027 and recommendations for next steps.

10. Discussion and possible action for the Insurance renewal proposal for UW Campus.

11. Facilities planning and maintenance report.

12. Financial report and approval of vouchers.

13. Set next date and time (October 15, 2026 @ 8:00 a.m.).

14. Adjournment.
