Certification of compliance with the open meeting law. Motion by Geimer, second by VonAsten, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Lombard, second by Geimer to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Motion carried.
Public Comment none
Communications Zimmerman Plumbing filed a theft of services claim with Baraboo Police Department.
Consideration of Science Facility Change Orders.
Details of change orders are included on the Proposal log. Motion by Lombard, second by Geimer to approve the change order log as approved to date, including taking care of the floor irregularities for the floor covering. Motion carried.
Financial Report and Bills Motion by Geimer, second by VonAsten to pay the bills in the amount of $1,594.13; and current bills for the Science facility to date of $719,806.81; and Bray $10,603.00. Motion carried.
Facilities and Maintenance Report(s) Armstrong provided an update on facilities maintenance projects.
Update on Student Housing- Lombard.
Consideration of bids for carpet. Motion by VonAsten, second by Geimer to go out for bid. Motion carried.
Consideration and discussion of cost of re-signing the campus. No action needed.
Deans Report Tracy White, Dean. The FFE-Science for $1.2 million was approved. The UW will have a $250 million dollar cut, including a loss of staff and a consolidation of services. There will be a four phase timeline for standardization and implementation. The regionalization of colleges is still unknown at this time.
Next regular meeting date: July 16, 2015, 8:00 a.m.
