REASON FOR MEETING:                            REGULAR

A quorum may be present consisting of members of the Aging & Disability Resource Center and Veterans Service Office Committee; Board of Health; Economic Development Committee; Executive & Legislative Committee; Extension Education, Arts & Culture Committee; Finance Committee; Health Care Center Board Of Trustees; Highway Committee; Human Services Board; Land Resources & Environment Committee; Law Enforcement & Judiciary Committee; Personnel & Insurance Committee and Property Committee.  No governing body will exercise any responsibilities, authority or duties except for the Finance Committee. It is possible that a quorum on county board members will be at this meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the County Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, Wis 2d 553, 494 n.w.2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the County Board will not take any formal actions at this meeting. It is also possible that there may be quorums of other County Board Committees present, although those committees will not take any formal action at this meeting.

    1. Consider Resolution to Authorize the Director of Land Resources and Environment to Accept Multi-Discharge Variance Funding; and Amending the 2023 Budget.
    2. Consider Resolution to Contract with TelCom Construction to Update the Fiber Locating Stations for Sauk County Fiber and  to Amend the 2023 Budget.
    3. Consider Resolution to Accept Department of Health Services Grant, Authorize the Creation of a Full-time Dementia Care/Independent Living Specialist Position and a Part-time Independent Living Specialist Supervision Coordinator Position and to Amend the 2023 Budget.
    4. Discussion and possible consideration of budget guidelines, priorities and strategic issues.
    5. Consider resolution Gratefully Accepting Donations and Gifts Presented to Sauk County in 2022.
    6. Review of per diem and mileage paid to the County Board members per Rule VII. B. of the Rules of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors.
    7. Presentation of County financial reports.
    8. * Resolution to Purchase a TruNarc System wih 2022 Carryforward Funds and Amend the 2023 Budget.
  7. Treasurer’s Department Update.
    1. Monthly report – 2022 annual report.  Year-to-date budget report.  Investment reports.
    2. Review and approval of invoices.
