A quorum of the Sauk County Planning, Zoning, and Land Records Committee will be present at this meeting due to three supervisors serving on both committees.

SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda.
  3. Dairy Forage Research Presentation and tour.
  4. Update and discussion of Rails and Trails process. *
  5. Adjourn.

The regular meeting of the Economic Development Committee will begin immediately after the joint meeting with the Sauk County Development Corporation has been adjourned.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 6:00 p.m. by Krueger. The agenda was approved on a motion by Wenzel, second by Bolton. Motion carried.

Krueger and Hanna updated the joint committees on the work undertaken with stakeholders on rails and trails. The second meeting is scheduled for August 25, 2010.

Presentation and tour of the Dairy Forage Research Facility

The joint meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
