CONSERVATION, PLANNING, AND ZONING COMMITTEE

Conservation, Planning, and Zoning (CPZ) Committee members present:  J. Ashford, J. Fish,  N. Johnson,  E. Peterson, D. Polivka, R. Puttkamer

Absent:  J. Dietz, J. Lehman

Others present:   B. Michalek

At 5:45 p.m. Vice Chair Ashford called the meeting to order and certified to be in compliance with the Open Meetings Law. 

Adopt agenda:  Motion by Polivka/Fish to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried, all in favor.

Public Comment:  None.

Communications:  None.

Review and approval of Natural Resources Conservation Service County Operational Agreement:  Motion by Polivka/Puttkamer to approve the operational agreement.  Motion carried, all in favor.

Workshop for Local Officials:  Understanding Conditional Uses and Special Exceptions:  Committee members attended the workshop.

Next meetings of the Conservation, Planning, and Zoning Committee will be held on Thursday October 9, and Thursday, October 30.  Motion by Ashford/Johnson to adjourn after workshop.  Motion carried, all members in favor.
