1.         Call to order and certify compliance with open meetings law.
2.         Adopt agenda.
3.         Adopt minutes of previous meeting – November 12^th .
4.         Public comment.
5.         Communications.
            a.         2016 DATCP Staffing and Cost Sharing Grant Allocations.
6.         Election of Secretary for CPZ Committee.
7.         Discussion and possible action on purchase of streambank easement for Robert Horkan.
8.         Update on zoning enforcement at Dutch Hollow Lake.
9.         Discussion on going “paperless” in 2016.
10.       Discussion on Conditional Use Permit process.
11.       Public hearing: To begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of the respective hearing.)
a.  A petition to amend the Sauk County Farmland Preservation Plan Map for the Town Franklin, Sauk County to change lands currently designated as a transition area to a preservation area.
12.       Next meeting dates-Thursday, December 10, 2015 and Thursday, January 14, 2016.
13.       Adjournment
