FEBRUARY 21, 2023

REGULAR MEETING:  SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

1.  Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: 6:00 P.M.

2.  Roll Call.  PRESENT:  (25) Roxen, T. Spencer, Rego, Kinsman, Klitzke, Scanlon, Anderson, Krueger, Flint, Clemens, Lombard, Schell, Dorner, Fordham, Hazard, R. Spencer, Carver, Burchill, Peper, Detter, Chrisler, Stehling, McAuliffe, Deitrich and McCumber.  ABSENT & EXCUSED:  (6) Eberl, Prosser, Teelin, Polivka, Lohr and Gruber.

 Staff present:  Brent Miller, County Administrator; Brian Desmond, Corporation Counsel; Becky Evert, Sauk County Clerk; and Michelle Commings, Deputy County Clerk. 

3.  Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.  Invocation given by Supr. Lombard.

4.  Adopt Agenda.  MOTION (Schell/Klitzke) to adopt agenda noting the following amendment: under item #10  Appointments, f.  should read as follows:  Mike Anderson:  as an interim member of the Personnel Property Committee in Supervisor Teelin's absence for medical leave.  Motion carried unanimously.

5.  Adopt the minutes.  MOTION (T. Spencer/Schell) to adopt the minutes from the previous meeting.  Motion carried unanimously.
