On page 4, Resolution 106-2014 should read; Resolution To Abolish One Part-Time Elder Benefit Specialist Position Position And Create One Full-Time Elder Benefit Specialist Position For The Aging & Disability Resource Center Of Sauk County Effective January 1, 2015.

On page 63, Resolution 114-2014; Attachment A and Attachment B that are listed in the fiscal note were omitted and were placed on supervisors’ desks prior to the meeting.

On page 69, Resolution 118-2014; Parcel 008-1802-00000 is deleted from the resolution as the taxes were paid in full.  The fiscal note amended to read; From the Tax Certificates Held Account, taxes amounting to $ 204,641.97  $ 203,083.88 will be transferred to the Tax Deeds Held By County Account and interest and penalties amounting to $ 105,761.71  $ 105,132.45 will be transferred to the Treasurer’s Interest on Taxes Account.

Presentation Of Proposed 2015 Annual Sauk County Budget:

Finance Committee; Kathy Schauf, Administrative Coordinator; and Kerry Beghin, CPA, Controller.

 

       Budget Amendment Process:

       Supervisors may submit proposed amendments to the 2015 Proposed Budget, (see memo in    

       the 2015 Proposed Budget Book) – the Proposed Supervisor Amendment form is located in

       the 2015 Proposed Budget Book, and is posted on the Sauk County website in Microsoft

       Word and pdf formats:

       Proposed Supervisor Amendment forms are due to the Accounting Office by Monday,

       October 27, 2014.

 

       Marty Krueger, County Board Chair, entertained a motion to certify the Proposed 2015 Sauk  

       County Budget for publication; and to set the time and date for the Public Hearing on the Proposed  

       Budget.  This begins the budget review process for the County as a whole.

 

       MOTION (Bychinski /Polivka) to approve the Proposed 2015 Sauk County Budget for publication and  

       to set the time and date for the public hearing on the Proposed Budget, for Tuesday,

       November 11, 2014 at 6:00 P.M., West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Rm.  326, Baraboo,
