For Phase II Of The Third Party Solar Installation. MOTION (Von Asten/Johnson).  Scott Von Asten – Chair, Property & Insurance Committee; Mark Hanson, Hoffman Construction;  Mike Tatkow,

IBC Engineering; and Niels Wolters, Madison Solar gave the Phase 1 Report – 3rd-Party Solar.

MOTION (Czuprynko/Dietz) to postpone Resolution 71-2017 Authorizing To Contract With Hoffman Planning, Design, & Construction Inc For Phase II Of The Third Party Solar Installation to the July County Board Meeting.  Discussion in favor of, and opposition to the motion.
