NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Sauk County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on August 25, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider:

1. Petition 16-2022. Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.036(5)(a) to authorize the operation of a lodging house. This property is located on real estate described as: S868 Christmas Mountain Road, located in part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, Section 11, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, as further described in Petition 16-2022.  Tax parcel 006-0955-00000, owned by Oleg Manole.
