Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.

Members Present: Kriegl, Spencer, Braunschweig, Hovde (arrived during closed session).
Members Absent: Moore (excused)
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC; Alene Kleczek-Bolin, Admin Coord.; Tony Tyczynski, Veterans; and Robin Kitzinger, ADRC
Others Present:
Chair Kriegl called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Spencer/Braunschweig) to adopt the amended agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.
MOTION (Spencer/Braunschweig) to go into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the (governmental) body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance Evaluation ADRC Director.
Motion carried unanimously. Roll Call Vote: Spencer (aye), Braunschweig (aye), Kriegl (aye).
MOTION (Spencer/Braunschweig) to reconvene in open session. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION (Spencer/ Hovde) to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on March 8, 2018 and the special meeting on March 20, 2018. Motion carried unanimously.

Communications:
Tyczynski read letters from Veterans regarding the services they received.
Next Meeting Date and Time:
Next meeting date and time: Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. West Square Building, 3rd Floor County Board Gallery, Room 326A. Kriegl is unsure of who will be on the Committee and what the meeting preferences will be. This date may change, but will remain as such for now. He thanked Hovde for her service on the committee, the governing board & the county board.
Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:
a) Tyczynski reviewed the department service trends and updates. Discussion followed; no action taken.
b,c) Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statement and a list of invoices for his department.
MOTION (Spencer/Hovde) to approve the financial statement and the March 2018 bills in the amount of $905.88 and $1,733.68 (total $2,639.56). Motion carried unanimously.
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center:
a) Blodgett reported the Regional office is no longer housed in the Richland Center Human Services building. They are renting space in an office building in Richland Center. Discussion followed regarding the 2018 contract. No action taken.
b) Blodgett reported the senior site manager has been approved by the Personnel and Finance committees. Planning will begin tomorrow regarding possible programs the ADRC has to offer and then the task force will meet.
c) Blodgett reported the program has been extremely successful and the grand opening is scheduled for April 13th. Discussion followed regarding client satisfaction, transportation and the possibility of opening models in other communities. No action taken.
d) Blodgett reviewed the departmental service trends and updates. Discussion followed regarding items noted in the report and the growth in the transportation programs. No action taken.
e,f) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statement and the list of monthly invoices for her department.
MOTION (Spencer/Braunschweig) to approve the March 2018 bills in the amount of $35,145.20. Motion carried unanimously.

Transportation Coordination Committee: None. Next meeting is May 29, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
Next Meeting Agenda Items:
Discussion of RFP (Request for Proposal) process & consultant.
Overview of ADRC for new members.
Program coordinator(s) presentation discussing various services provided by the ADRC.
Blodgett thanked each member of the Committee for their service the last two years and noted how Kriegl and Hovde would be missed.
MOTION (Spencer/Braunschweig) to adjourn until Thursday, May 10, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 5:53 p.m.
